    hairy ears

HI, my DD is 3 mnths. shes had hairy little ears (like a hobbit lol) since she was born. i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and when they lost the hair on their ears? i thought it was a newborn thing and it wouldve been gone by now!

DD2 & DS were very hairy. DD2 is still brunette & has more noticeable hair on her back, but she's no longer a monkey, lol. DS was my hairiest & he's now blonde & you can't see any body hair at all. Similar to DD1, who was a bald hairless baby, lol.
I think its around the time the baby hair starts dissapearing/being replaced it starts to go away. 6ish months, depending on the bubba?

DD had fuzzy little ears too. And fuzzy shoulders and a bit of extra hair on her forehead and temples. I remember thinking that it was hanging around for too long as well and hoping that she didn't grow up with hairy ears an get teased! I didn't notice it going actually, but i suspect it was when the rest of her newborn hair fell out - about 4 1/2 months. She was very bald there for a while and has now got back almost as much hair as she was born with (still very little) but a completely different colour! And the body/ear/face hair has gone.

Our Monster had hairy ears, back and shoulders. His baby head hair fell out really early, but the body hair remained until about 4.5 months. Now he no longer looks like he came down from the mountain lol!
