    Having company after vaccinations?

Brave little Logan got his jab in the thigh today and then spent the next 4 hours sleeping it off and now seems quite fine. He's about 0.8 of a degree warmer than he has been in the last few days (I started tracking so I'd have a 'normal' range to compare it to) and I gave him a 60mg paracetemol supository just to help with any localised soreness or further temperature rises.

Overall, I think he took it very well and is currently on the play mat, happily chatting to his reflection!

We're planning on visiting some friends tomorrow who have a nice 20 month old and the mum is pregnant again. Can their toddler be dangerous to Logan or can anything to do with the shots to him be anything risky for our pregnant friend?

I"m pretty sure the vax's these days aren't live, so shouldn't be a problem around a pregnant friend. Don't really know

The polio vax used to be live, so you had to be careful with nappies etc for about 6 weeks I think! But yeah, I'm pretty sure they're not live now. Don't quote me tho!
