    Hay fever

Can babies get it? DH thinks DS is suffering with it as he does, but I didn't think a 4-month old could get hay fever. (It's late spring/early summer for us, btw.)

I try to dust and keep the windows and doors closed, but first thing DH does when he gets home is open the window because it's warm then complain all evening about his hay fever. At least the season's nearly over! I've noticed a lot less pollen around so that has to help him a bit.

But drat, I was hoping as babies couldn't sniff that meant they couldn't get hay fever. Then again, the sneezing and rubbing his red eyes I should have known it was a weak chance he didn't have it.

Have to see the health visitor in a couple of weeks and ask about this injection thingy that's supposed to provide lifetime relief that DH was going on about last night.

I was born in July and my mum swears that by my first October I woke up with puffy red eyes and hayfever. So yup, I reckon (unfortunately) even real little bubs can get hay fever
