    He won't sleep!

DS is 21 mths old and still won't sleep through the night! He wakes up a few times through the night and its starting to drive me insane I've no idea why he wakes up and he goes back to sleep after a few minutes of feeding.

Does anyone else's DS/DD not sleep through at this age?
Do you have any suggestions as to how to try and get him to sleep through or is this something he will gradually do on his own?

Aww babe! I know how you feel! Ds has stared waking again a little sometimes he sleeps through other times he doesnt! I sometimes think it could depend on the day they ahd! You know their tiny brains processing everything1 He will sleep through eventually as bad as that sounds! Mayeb go in as soon as he stirs and gentle pat him and see if he will go back to sleep!

Good luck I am sorry I am not much help

my DS is 2 & 2months & started sleeping through 7 til 7 or around that time prob from memory...ahhhh 2months ago. yeah, my Mum & Dad were visiting for his 2nd birthday & he woke whilst they were here.....then we changed a few things as it was getting cold & all of a sudden ta da!!!!
I think it's just something they all do in their own time.....hang in there you are not alone!! my positive on it was when he did wake it didn't take long at all to get him back to sleep & then he'd sleep longer in the morn due to the wake up & feed.

Please don't feel alone ... I have a terrible sleeper too. ATM she sleeps in our room on the floor and get into bed with us when she wakes up. THEN she wakes up sometimes three times a night. She is off the dummy, off the bottle and off her comfort toy, but still wakes. At least I get 3am cuddles from dd ... not so much cuddles from DH though

    Are you breastfeeding?
My DS is 18 months old and has started to sleep thru in the last couple of weeks, he still has nights when he wakes up but the sleeping thru now outweighs the bad nights, which I never thought would happen.
I b'feed and up until a couple of weeks ago I would feed him every time he'd wake up which would be 2-3 times a night. It was getting to the point of my being a walking zombie so I made the difficult decision to not feed him thru the night and now a couple of weeks later, like i said, he sleeps thru probably 4-5 times a week!
It really is a difficult decision to make and it took me a long time to come to the decision but in the end I just had to do it!
Hoep you can find a solution soon
