Help - toliet training... how much longer?

Well you would all remember my blogs almost a year ago -
DD was doing really well with TT
wake up dry , wee on toliet , poo on toilet etc.

Then we switched to sposies and it all went out the window.

She is 2.2 now and she sits on the toliet, lovess toilet paper and washing her hands etc

    but WONT PEE on it.

SHe will sit there for like 15 mins and then hop off an pee on the floor.

She will tell us when she wees in her nappies and poos etc (often runs and hides to poo).

    But wont pee!!!

    any help

i know people say they will let you know when they are ready... what else am i lookin out for?

All my friends talk about their TT children (younger than DD)... and i feel like she is giving me the cues and nothing.... am i doing something wrong???

    ADVICE APPRECIATED!!!

DD was the age your DD is now when we really started, it was a long few months of peeing on the floor pooing in undies etc.. i then got her her own stool to stand on to get on the toilet which she loved and also made a big deal of saying to her ' show us how you go to the toilet like a big girl' ' you go to the toilet all by your self' etc etc.. worked for us, one day she just got it

Hun, she'll go when she's ready. There really is no magic age - both my boys were quite different in the age at which they were ready. But once they are ready, it really is much easier. I know it can seem like forever though

when I TT'd Darlie I initially put her on the potty every 20-30 mins. She had a potty chart - she got a small sticker whenever she sat on the potty, and an extra special one if she did wees or poos on there, as well as a HUGE deal made - a ton of praise!! Lol

Its hard work isnt it? Sounds like youre doing a good job tho, hang in there
