    How much should a 14 week old weigh

    hi my little man was 3.990kg born and now is 6.85kg is that weight ok... for his age. hes quite active he is around 63 cm long now

    Sounds about right hun - Izzy was 60 cms and 6kgs at her last 3 mth appointment and weighed that same as Lee at birth!! Her height and weight is right on average.
    Your MCHN should letyou know if not and there are charts that can be used as a rough guideline too!

    sophie was about 5.5kg at 14 weeks, 3.3 at birth
