How to make fish oil taste better for DS

DS hates the taste of the fish oil. It has been increasingly difficult to get him to take it.
Today after trying everything else I could think of I had to bribe him with a chocolate star
DF told me not to worry about it and just don't give it to him, but after 4 days, I've already seen an improvement in his behaviour, I don't want to stop it now!

So, is there something I can mix it with that will take away the awful after taste?
Or if you know a brand that doesn't have the fishy taste and smell please recommend it to me!

I have ethical nutrients double strength and it is flavored so it doesn't have the taste or smell but still has that horrible oily after taste

We just muddled through offering a shot-glass juice chaser. She thought it was very special! LOL
She doesn't need it anymore, and will just have some water or some fruit.

I tried offering him a chaser, he wouldn't have a bar of it. also tried mixing it with milk (all we have today), explaining why he needs to take it, bribery with various treats...

We have "Melrose kids fish oil". It's tutti fruity flavour but I tried some an hour ago (to see what his problem was lol) and still have the taste in my mouth and smell on my hands. Yuck!

ETA- maybe oj would work better because it's acidic...

There are kids versions of fish oil which are flavoured, and flaxseed is also a good alternative. Ground up on cereal it is very nice.

He has a kids one. Tutti fruity flavour, but it still has a nasty after taste. And I got it on my hands this morning, after dozens of washes they still stink.
I asked at the health shop what I could do to disguise it a bit. The lady said to mix it with some orange juice and give him some dried fruit after it. Going to try that in the morning. I'll let you know how it goes.

If the oj doesn't work I'll give the flax seed a go. Just frustrating that I've spent money on something that may just end up in the bin.. I wonder if I could use it for myself instead...
