DD has started walking in lastmonth so I thought I would look at getting her measured up for her first pair of "real" shoes. She doesn't fit!!! Her foot stil only measures at around a size 2 - Clarks start at 3 1/2 and Crayons (from Williams) start at 3 and they are too big.
I'm not too concerned - she has a pair or two of pre-walkers that are fine (the lady checked them) but I was wondering if there were any other decent shoes out there that I could try for her.
At home she basically goes round bare-footed but she has to wear shoes outside and would like another pair if possible. Otherwise we'll just have to wait till she grows some more!
i think my brother bought nikes or converse in a size 2 or 2.5, but I still wanted to keep him in pre-walkers or out of shoes altogether as long as I could, so I got lots of those socks with grippy bits on the bottom
Try Payless shoes, they keep sizes as small as 1 in 'real' shoes or the Clarks pre-walkers are great too - quite sturdy. My second DD had to wear them for a little while as a real shoe cause her feet were only small too at first.
