I see teeth! Is that even possible, at this age??

Hi all,
DD is 7and a half weeks old and, forgive me if I sound insane, I see teeth. Two teeth, at the bottom, in the middle. I can see them through the gums and the top of the gum is starting to look white, like they are just about to push through.

I know it's highly possible they'll go down again, but is possible they will actually come through? DS didn't show any signs of teeth till about 9months, so i was expecting the same again.

So whaddya reckon? Am I insane or is really, really early teething?

It is possible yes.. I would say they are moving into position to cut thru.. might not happen for a few months though. My Ds1 had a similar thing and got his first tooth at 4 months

DS was born with those two bottom middle teeth and he's got more coming through. Although i think there are 'normal guidelines' there are always exceptions to the rules eh??
So yes, it is definately possible.

hey, if some babies are born with teeth, then it is possible and you are not insane. They might not cut through or cut through but play hide and seek. WOW.
