I think the mister man can't talk

Cute thing happened to me in the supermarket while shopping with Flynn (he's 3 in June):

We walked past a man in one of the aisles and Flynn said "Hello, Mister Man". The man ignored him.

Flynn ran up to me and said in a worried voice "Mummy, I think the Mister Man can't talk!"

    From the mouths of babes.......

The things that go through their minds!

Today we went for a walk and we saw our neighbours waiting for the bus - elderly couple - and my DD nearly 4 said (thankfully just after we passed) - mum they are fat - I had the whole - that is not nice to say to people as it might hurt their feelings etc - but oh dear, what else is to come!!!

I can't help myself if someone ignores Jackson when he says hello I say in earshot, You are such a clever little boy having better manners than a man 10 times your age!!
