Is it likely to have done damage?

If so, what do I watch for, immediately and later?

DS was lying under his playgym on the floor, and DD was watching tv nowhere near him, so I snuck off to the loo. When I came back she was walking over him (feet on each side) and when the top of they gym wouldn't go anyfurther, she started to step back and lost her balance and fell heavily on his stomach (I was about 2 steps away when she fell .

I know he was winded cause he was holding his breath when crying, but a quick BF, and he had a little nap (for about 20 mins).

I'd call nurse on line and ask their advice. They are fantastic.
