Making Love ...i can't remember

Hi Everyone,

A little question here, it's not that i don't want to make love with my husband, but I just don't have the urge. Our son is nearly 4 months (don't worry we have make love in this time!) and sleeps in our room. Could this be part of the problem, or is it that we're just so tired at the end of the day. I really want to give my all to it, and not just "do it" for the sake of it. If anyone has any advice on this subject i'd be more than happy to take it on board.

I think it's quite normal. I am the same and my baby is 4 months tomorrow. I don't feel the urge or desire. Your hormones are all over the place and you are tired - which is not conducive to feeling like getting intimate.

Don't worry though - the desire will come back.

I think it is a mix of change of life, hormones, tiredness and baby being so physical and near you all day that kills off desire for some time. Also prob natures way of making sure you won't have next baby too soon! Very normal, me thinks!

My DS was about 6 months before things got back to normal for us.
