Memory Box? What to put in it?

    Hey everyone

Putting together a memory box for DD. Not sure what to put in it.

Got her name stickers from RCH NICU and Bendigo SCN.
A tag off an EBM bottle.
Pictures of her before and after her operation.
    Couple syringes.
Her NGT. (nasal gastric tube... yeah, we kept it :-) lol!!!)
Her name sign thingys. One from RCH and one from SCN.

She's grown out of her going home outfit. Thinking about chucking that in there.
And maybe her premmie clothes that she wore all the time in hospital.... Next bub shouldn't be small enough to fit into them. Once DD got to 5 pound 5 she didn't fit into them anymore.

    Any ideas?

A newspaper from the day she was born. You can get them from the... um what are they called?? Newspaper office?? (ya know, the people who publish the paper... oh hang on... the publishers!!!) if you didn't think of it at the time.

In my daughter's box I have a premmie nappy just because it demonstrates how teensy she was

Other than what you have I would put in congratulations cards from when she was born, and if you have a naming ceremony or christening then any trinkets and cards you get from people as gifts.

My brain is so dead! Thanks for reminding me about those things.

Got a newspaper. (our local paper has less than 10 pages a week and that does a huge area around here)

Got some premmie nappies from RCH NICU. They were huge on her!

Apart from what you already have we also have a growth chart with DDs height marked on it for each stage. Her belly button clip thingy (bit gross I know)
We have rose petals that were sprinkled over her head at her naming ceremony and 'letters/ wishes' etc from each person that attended. First shell from the trip to the beach, a piece of the wrapping or ribben from each girft DD received...I want to do somthing with them but not sure what!

lol, I would have kept DD's belly button clip, but she didn't have one. Her op when straight through her belly button.

It's more of just everything she went through in hospital.

Should I get copies of her ultrasounds and put in her box??
    What about ultrasound reports?

I know I want to start a scrapbook with her U/S stuff in it.

    Hmmm....

I kept the first beanie, first outfit, hospital tags, wires/tubes etc from NICU, DS2 had a belly button clip, DS1 didn't (he had wires and tubes into his) I kept the blood pressure band, the billibands (baby googles for when they are under lights) umm, pretty everything from their NICU/SCN journey. I got dolls made up to their weight/length/HC too. I also kept a stamp and a newspaper clipping. I can't think of anything else.
