sDS (14mths) gave up lunchtime breastfeeds just before he turned one. So at lunchtime he gets a sippy cup of cows milk. He does just end up making it drip onto the floor and doesn't drink much.

But the other day it dawned on me, does he need a bottle of milk at lunch? How do I get him to drink milk at lunch? I can't make him drink from his sippy cup if he's not thirsty for milk...

How do I get him to have a proper milk drink at lunch? And how much should he be having?
