I had a thought yesterday that i might create a photobook for DD1 for her 3rd birthday but make it into a story book?
The book would be titled A Girl Named Ava, and every time there is an A or a V in the book it will be in a different color for her to see.
She can write her own name already and is starting to learn to write more letters (so proud) and i thought this could be a way to help.
IE. Once there was a girl named Ava (at the top), pic of her in the middle then A is for Ava at the bottom.
She has a sister named Zara (pic) Z is for Zara on the bottom?
Basically 1 sentence per page associated with the pic and then the main letter at the bottom, would this assist not only with recognising the letters but help her with reading later on?
Do you think this would be a good idea, it would also be something she could keep and we would use pictures we all love.
Hopefully between now and then one of the companies has a deal on photo books, i could also do one for Zara for her 2nd birthday?
