PrincessMya, Claire had something similar to this aswell in the same spot you described.. I couldnt work out a way to open her legs up more plus she's such a wiggler... anyway, I just had to make sure I dried the area properly after baths and then I put some nappy rash cream on the area,and it all cleared up after a day or two. I also let her roll around on the floor (on a towel) with her nappy off so she doesnt always have a nappy rubbing on that part.
