Odd question and maybe TMI but help please on nappy fillings?

Weird question but what are bubs nappy fillings meant to look like the majority of the time?

DD is nearly 12months old and hers are like mushed up food that went in the top end. All squished together and pretty colours

Sounds pretty normal. When they're mostly on solids (so after 12 months of age) then they became really gross.
