    Penta-vite

A couple of mums in my playgroup have recommended this to me. (I complain that Natty just doesn't eat much.)
They say it made their kids a lot more alert, and gave them an apetite boost.
Has anyone on here had a similar experience they would like to share? Do you think kids vitamins are worthwhile, or is it normal that she doesn't eat much?

I'm interested in this thread too, DS doesn't eat that much either.
    Anyone have anything to share?

I used to give penta vite to my son when he was younger. It seemed to work well from what I remember, he's 12 now so was a long time ago.

If she's not eating much it's worth giving it a try.

I've just started DS on it a few days ago. The chewable ones. He's been sick since starting preschool a few weeks ago, and has been picking at his food. He seemed to be very run down, dark circles around his eyes and seemed tired a lot.

It's really picked him up and he's eating like a horse again. We've never had problems with his eating or appetite before, so it's mainly to help him recover from picking up bugs at preschool. I'm not planning on him having it everyday, just while he gets back on his feet and eats properly again!

I don't see the harm in it. I know I feel better when I remember to take my vitamins hehe.

Thanks for the input, girls. I have bought some and she took some yesterday and today. (I'll see how it goes and let you know, Janine!)

I give it to DS as he is SOOOOOO fussy its not funny. Wont touch ANY vegies, only fruit he eats is banana (will have a little apple/pear at preschool but never will at home).. eats like a sparrow.. etc etc.
I really notice the difference in him since starting it on it. He is less whingy, will listen and understand etc. He still has his moments but he is so much more well behave and yeh definately more alert on it. I guess its the same for anyone.. when youre lacking in vitamins you dont feel the best either.
Hes never been into lollies so i give him the liquid form. He just has it straight from the saringe.
So yeh, if your child isnt eating a stable diet then i would definately recommend it.
