When Palmer is in her playpen she seems totally happy playing by herself with her toys...making noise, trying to crawl, messing around with her toys, rolling about etc.
She seems happy playing by herself. When I do pick her up and spend time with her during the day, she doesn't pay a whole lot of attention to me, she just wants to explore everything around her and touch all the textures, pick things up etc. She's not really into the TV even...just seems happy in her own little world. I am always in the same room as her, but she seems happy playing by herself
My ds sounds the same- just happy with his own company. I think it's a great thing- and I like to tell myself it's a sign of what a secure, happy, independant little man he is
