He could have coeliac, but also I have known quite a few bubs like this, and often it comes down to metabolism.

He might just have a fast metabolism. Also the weight/height percentiles are just a guide, often the health nurse (or mum) will worry unnecessarily.

If he appears happy & healthy try not to worry about the percentile too much. Your Pediatrician will tell you if he is concerned about anything.
