Portacot help!

I used our portacot this morning and now for some reason it won't fold back up nicely.
What am I doing wrong? I tried to pack it back up the same way as I unfolded it.
We don't have a manual with it so anyone know the right way?

I know with mine you need to take the mattress out 1st and then pull the base up 1st and then collapse the side..

I'm not sure on the brand, says bay club on the side, I thought mine was meant to do same, pull bottom up first, hmm I'll have to give it another try.

Shell, I have had the same problem. You probably haven't collapsed the sides all the way. Sometimes they only collapse half way. Go back around to each side, find the button again and try to collapse it more. It could be one side, or more than one side, that needs more collapsing, but you'll know when you've got it right, it will fold up really easily.

Thanks, I have done it, you were right Mel, a couple of sides wouldn't collapse properly I had to open it and shut it a couple times to get it right.
