    Present ideas please!

My very good friend is having her 2nd child any day now Have got new bub something that she asked for, but I would like to get her DS a little something too. He is only 18 months and I thought all the pressies for the baby might upset him a bit.

So he is 18 months, I thought something he can play with while she's busy with bubs so a toy that he doesn't need Mummy's help with It can't be too expensive as she will just kill me if it's not something fairly cheap!

    Any ideas?

DS1 was 18 months when DS2 was born, we gave him a wind up jack in the box and a friend gave him a puzzle and a book.

Books were my first thought but they practically own a library! Puzzle is a great idea, thank you.

I was just popping in here to say a puzzle! I always buy the 'other' siblings of my friends a book when a new brother or sister arrives. Gives them something 'grown up' & not babyish to do whilst they are in hospital visiting Mummy. xx

Does he likes trains yet? A die cast Thomas or Chuggington train.

Yeah Jayne I agree! I'd love it if someone thought of Moo like this when I'm lucky enough to have another.

Another great idea Heather, he likes trucks etc but I didn't see any trains when I was there today.
