My friend's daughter is turning one next weeekend, and I am so stumped for gift ideas!! I asked her parents what she might like or need....and they just said she has enough clothes and toys so please dont get more of them!! The only other thing I can think of is some nice books....any other ideas guys????
Get her a little pink & purple ride-on plastic motorbike - my kids have all had them and for the cost of $20ish from Big W/Kmart etc - they really last and all the kids just love them!
We need a new one so my other kids will be buying Zander one for his 1st birthday
Mmmmm no toys or clothes.... I was going to suggest a rag doll because it's soft but..... That's a hard one ?? Maybe a nice first tooth, first curl keepsake ?
OH guys thank you!!!! So many wonderful ideas!! Im writing them all down now so I dont forget when I get to town!! I especially love the first tooth type keepsake idea and the plastic motorbike sounds so cool I would be tempted to get DS one while Im there lol (start his Santa stash early!)

hehe yes thank you helen!! its like you were reading my mind as you posted this thread! his mum wants to get into scrapbooking so i was thinking of putting together a beginners kit with "babys first" stuff, or i like the potty idea and the height charts i think you can get some pretty nice ones these days!
When Georgia turns one I am going to buy her a charm bracelet (obviously she wont wear it till she is older) and each year I will add a charm to it. Just thought it would be a special keepsake
