My DD wakes up for a feed at least 2 - 3 times a night, usually crying out for food. Is this the amount of feeds that she needs during the night? I find that I am feeding her during the day every three hours and I am beginning to get exausted. I have heard that if I feed her every time she wakes at night that she will come to expect it everytime she wakes and will need it to fall back asleep at night. Should I be just trying to get her back to sleep? I do try this sometimes but I find she just keeps waking up every 20 mins later.
