rash on my babies face

she has this red kinda pimply rash on her face, worse on her left cheek than her right,

what could it be? and how do i fix it?
my poor lil Ali i hope she's not in any pain

sounds like "milk rash" which is hormon driven.
not alot you can do.

Could it be a dribble rash? If it is I find that putting vaseline on DS's face where he gets it helps to keep the moisture off and keep the rash at bay.
