For the past couple of nights when I have been putting Bella to bed she will start screaming when I lay her down in her cot. So I pat and shhhh for 5-10 then I get her up for 5-10 and start again. But the longer she is up and the next time I go to put her down again the more agitated she gets and she will start to sob - so I get her up and try to get her to calm on my lap and try to rock her sleep but she will just scream.

She will scream laying, sitting, rocking....ect.

She does not do anything like this for her 2-3 day sleeps - so I dont think it could be because she is in pain?? Im just not sure.

It makes me so sad that she screams for like a hour to an hour and 1/2... and I cant console her.

She has 3-4 bottles (formula) a day and 3-4 meals of solids... maybe her body getting used to solids and things??

Anyone have any ideas??
PS - she has also started tantruming if she doesnt get her way and making her intentions know - I guess she is asserting her indapendance!!
