    Is it safe? Vaporisers.

I'd like to put the vaporiser on for DD during the night as she has a cough but I don't want to leave the window open (paranoid a little). DH is up at 3.30am for work and she wakes to the smallest sound so I like to have her door shut too. Is it safe to have one on all night in an enclosed room? Would it make her too hot?

I cant help with the safety side but if there is little or no ventilation in the room you will probably end up with mildew on the ceiling...we found that out the hard way

We have a Vicks Vapouriser running all night for DS as he has just started at daycare over the last couple of months and has had both coughs and colds on and off. We haven't had any problems so far, but his window is open slightly behind the thick curtains. Hope this helps!
