Summer Blankets for Newborn & Toddler

With DD1 we used muslin wraps through summer but she doesn't get wrapped now so i just use a sheet.

Does anyone know of any good 'summer blankets' for a newborn and for a toddler, i would like something i can possibly put over her when it starts to cool a little overnight, other than just her sheet but wont make her too hot.

With DD2 i have bought some muslin wraps for her (dd1 used hers to death) but am also looking at something LIGHT for those cooler nights.

Thanks in advance, not sure if i'm making any sense.

A flannelette sheet? I've only just taken the flanny sheets off DD's cot, she has a grobag which I just bought for her that I've been putting her in at night (she wriggles around so much at night, the last few mornings she has been sideways right down the bottom of the cot!). During the day I just tuck a sheet over her bottom half, so have just started using a summer cotton sheet instead of a flanny sheet. Folded in half they are quite warm.

I have some flannelet wraps and some cotton jersey wraps that I am going to use for DS2 when he comes on the cooler nights.

And as per Olives suggestion I have cotton cellular blanket for DS1 which he will use in conjunction with his cotton jersey sleeping bag.

Definitely the jersey cotton wraps as Rufalina suggested.
My DS2 was born in summer (Feb) and we used these on him at night... through the day he just had a muslin wrap. We've been wrapping DD2 in the jersey wraps lately too as the weather here has been fairly warm at night.
