We could have a small problem ........

I was putting the clothes away this morning and went into Ladys wardrobe where I counted 28 dresses hanging there!!

Thats after I took out the 13 she no longer wears, and doesnt include her few pairs of pants and skirts in her drawers.

I have just started making her dresses so as I see it I can save money in the future but my mind boggles at how much money I have already spent on this girl.
I justify it to DH by saying I saved heaps with all the hand me downs for the boys but I dont think I can use that line much longer.
There is just so much cute little girls stuff out there but I think I am creating a mini posh spice.
Anyone else have a daughter (or son) who can wear an outfit a day for a month and not double up??? Tell me I am not alone in my OCD - obsessive CLOTHES disorder!

I think I have magic drawers - I clear them out for the girls and suddenly they are full again! It's crazy, they have so much to wear and they usually only wear their favourite handful of things most of the time anyway

Not alone at all!! DD had so many gorgeous outfits when she was little that I use to change her three tomes a day just so she could wear them! Her wardrobe when she arrived was insane, so many clothes and SO many dresses!! I still love buying stuff for her but I have a lot more restraint these days. Girls clothes are so damn cute though! Don't even get me started on shoes!

Girls clothes are so easy to over buy, lol! My DD has heaps more clothes than DS's do. Luckily (or not so much) for me she also wears alot more clothes than they do, usually atleast 2 outfits per day, not including pj's!

thank goodness its not just me! I knew I would be pretty bad when I finally got my little girl but this is a little out of control.
I have put a self imposed ban on buying her anything else but now find that spotlight is my new favourite store! The beautiful fabrics, the ribbons, the buttons, the lace ......... somebody stop me!!

I have the same problem with my son but he just looks so damn cute in everything (he really does Im not just saying because Im his mum ).

I often tell by DH that we are lucky we had a boy because if we had a girl we would be bankrupt...
