My little man is 1 year old.
In 6 months I'll be having another baby (so he'll be 18 months old then).

tonight I bought a car bed for my little man... but now I'm wondering when I should transition him from the cot into his bed?

I don't want to wait until the baby is born, as I don't want him to feel like he's being kicked out of his cot so the baby can move into it.

Because I've got him a car bed - it is fairly low to the ground, and has sides on it so he can't fall out.

Just wondering when people put their children into beds... particularly if they were quite young.

And was there any problems with them crawling out of bed and playing with their toys or banging on their door or anything like that?
