i used every nappy rash cream possible on my two but the only thing that work was paw paw cream its fantastic and not that expensive. To me its sounds like her nappy rash has scabbed

Nappy rash can get scabby and I agree it could be that. Maybe give her a bit of nappy free time as much as you can over the next few days. I see you live in Brisbane so it should be warm enough for her to go bottomless. Sunlight does wonders for nappy rash too. Also cloth nappies are great for this because they don't retain humidity like sposies do. Is she wearing cloth or sposies?

yeah she is in disposables.. my bad! i will try and air her bum out. i have some paw paw cream so will give that a go too. if it doesnt get better i think i will take her to one of those chemist baby clinic things, i dont think it warrants a visit to the GP do you?

rarely can you get ezcema in your nether regions !!! and silic 15 is great for NR too !!
it sounds like NR that is scabbing ... are they just red or do they have dark purple spots in the middle ???
she prolly has a rash from all the NB poo shes been making for you ...
try usuing some terry flats loosely on her bum .. the air will circulate and not stay in the nappy lie it would with a sposie ..

Sneaky - what FG ?? a shopping centre ... im out west of bris!! dd has NR atm ... maybe we can have a NR meet up

i think FG is Ferny Grove? is that where the Bi-lo used to be? the only other coles ic an think of is Arana hills. wow, she must be good if you have to make an appointment! :-) will check it out, thanks. i dunno if there is a purplish colour to them, i will have a proper look when she wakes up.

not sure if you are using cloth wipes or disposable ones, but in the first few weeks i did use disposable ones and when i stopped with them and just used cloth wipes and plain water the bum got much better............... cloth ones are actually much easier to handle too!

try some moo goo too, but I have found pawpaw ointment to be the best (pure neutraceuticals not lucas')

poor lil mite, I hope it clears up!
