    When did you/can you...

Stop using bottles for during the day? For formula feeds I mean. I've had ALOT of people saying to me that dd shouldn't be using a bottle during the day anymore, only for her night feed, and that she can just be having her milk in a sippy cup during the day

So when did you stop using bottles and putting their milk into a sippy cup?

i was always told, bottles arnt a problem unless they fall asleep having one. So i would give her, her milk in a sippy cup if shes happy to have it that way. if not, then dont. she will.. one day.

They can be on bottles up to 1 hun.
If you want you can start weaning her onto a sippy cup, but thats your choice.
DD1 had a bottle for sleep til 17 months. Had FF in it right up to 12 months though.
DD2 still has milk in a pop top. Stopped with bottles at around 20 months - 2.
They should really give up the bottle when they go on normal milk, but do what ever is right for you guys.

Really? By all means give her a sippy cup if she goes for it but 'shouldn't' be using a bottle during the day at 9 months? Gimme a break.

Maybe think about who these 'people' are!

oh wow thats news to me

tay is happy to have juice and water from sippy cup, but will only take milk from a bottle..
and hey im fine with that, she is ahppy no arguments, she drinks it all and enjoys it.
she only has morning and night bottle now as she has water at lunch and at day care they have juice after lunch in sippy cup..

    do what your comfortable with..

i didnt put tay onto full cows milk till she was 13-14 months old, mainly because i still had formula it was on special so i bought 3 tins lol ooops.

Yup 'people' think they know everything.

You know what, I don't like having to hold his blooming sippy cup \for him, so we use sippy cup for water and bottles for milk. Yesterday i bought a straw cup that he could actually drink out of so that is now for both... still have to hold it so he doesn't tip it upside down, but hey at least now my harm doesn't get sore.
