Where to get really warm baby clothes....

I am looking for some really warm beanies etc for blue as we are finally going up to visit the IL's and they live in a tin shed in the middle of the pyrenees ---- FREEZING....

Can only find thin hats - really want some warm beanies - sleeping bags etc
Any suggestions???

could you try one of those outoor kind of shops like Snowgum or Kathmandu? they might stock some really warm baby stuff, or what about snow or ski shops?
i have seen wool thermals and stuff in target but they might be all gone by now?
other than that i'm not really sure..

target also sell thermals, and stuff like stockings, beanies etc. in the middle of most of our shopping centres there are the little asian shops in the walkways that sell cheap socks and jocks, we actually bought some great beanies from there for the kids, that are really thick wool on the outside, polar fleece on the inside, and tie up under the neck.

if you want warm, then wool is probably your best bet.

google MOKOPUNA - they are a NZ company that use 100% Merino wool, absolutely gorgeous!

THE ENCHANTED CHILD, which is an AU site, has HUGE beautiful range of beanies and other great stuff too.

JK Kids have a Snow Baby range - not sure if you can buy it online tho - they have it in store.

Snowgums has some great kid's stuff. So do Kathmandu and Anaconda.
A cheaper option for outerwear is to look at the ski section on ebay.
