    A tip for night feeds

I went and bought one of those heat packs that you click the metal thingy and the pack heats up.
Now when E wakes for her night feed, I click the thing and stick the heat pack in her bed. Then when I put her back to bed, it is nice and warm for her.

    Just thought I would share.....

It def helps, as she is not going from my warm arms to a cold bed.

That's a great idea! Can you use those heat packs over and over?

I guess one could use a hot water bottle instead - fill it up when you go to change baby, then leave it in her bed for a few minutes before she goes back. I'll have to think about that.

Sounds like a good idea. His Lordship already has a heat pack that he prefers however: me Sigh.

For ages I have been emaning to come back with some more info. They are called "amazing super health packs" and if you google them, you will find them. I bough mine at highpoint shopping centre in Melbourne, and most expo's seem to sell them tpoo. They are about $30.
