Depends on whats his mental abilities are. Talking, eye contact, understanding of 'mum', 'dad' etc. I dont give a poo when my kids crawl, walk etc, I think talking etc is FAR more important....

My friends little girl did crawl till 13.5 months and didn't walk till 18 months, she's fine and healthy now 3.5 yrs
