    Xmas/B'day 1 year old girl

Because Annika's birthday and Christmas are so close together (her birthday is 25th Nov), I'm all out of ideas on what to get her! And the toy sales are all on now. Has anybody got any suggestions for me? Ta

I know that feeling my DDs are Nov and 17th Dec! What about one of those Fisher price dolls houses? they are nice and chunky for when she's small but she can use it for years, there are also extras that go with it so you can get other people to get them. Duplo is good too.

Yeh Fisher Price is the way to go. Ive put a few things on layby for Jesse but definately wanna get him one of those Fisher Price lawn mowers with the balls in them. Theres similar vacume cleaners too. Id say a good toy is for that age will be something they can push and walk with... anything along those lines will be great!

I've just bought Nina a Fisher & Price push-along thing (it's an early birthday present). By time she starts walking will probably be around her b'day, so it's perfect timing.

Jigsaw puzzles at that age are great. ELC have some great ones for 12months +.

What about something that comes in a set - get one part of it for her birthday and get some more for Christmas - like the little people stuff or even a doll's house and then get some stuff for it?
