Just wondering how long your newborn is awake for at a time? I think I recall one nurse saying that a NB shouldn't be awake for any longer than 1 hour at a time?? But our bub seems to be awake for a couple of hours in the morning (not sure how long exactly) and a couple of hours at night and then obviously awake for feeds and nappy changes in between but those 2 times of longer awake time seem to be much longer than 1 hour, maybe even 3? he's not fussy or crying, just alert and loving interacting.
