best way for older children to hold newborns?

Wanting some opinions/ideas on the best way for our DD to hold her newborn sibling without too much 'on hands help' from mum or dad. Should we wrap bub so they can't move so much, or lay them on a pillow on DD's lap?
Any suggestions for a good way for her to hold baby without our hands being too involved?

    Nic

Beanbags are the best support for kids to hold newborns, especially the ones that you sink into rather than the seat type ones.

We always wrapped Seth in the early days then eventually she would hold him unwrapped and it was fine.
