    Thumbs down The Big Stink

    Hi
I live in sunny QLD! It has gotten desperate I am needing to get a dirty nappy wrapper. (E.g. Tommy Tipee) Has anyone got one and what brand do you think is best?

    Thanks for your replys

I have a Tommee Tippee one.. I think its ok.. I rarely use it.. I just always forgot and just used the normal bin..

I thiknk if you have a change area properly set up its a great idea.. and the bags for them last for ages..

I really helps if you flush most of the poo down the toilet (and you are meant to do that by law). I then wrap them in the nappy sacks, that helps keep the smell down too.

I had a "something care" one i think and it was ok to use when he was young, but i found that I still put the pooey nappies in outside bin anyway, cos the smell would still go thru his room. Mine didnt wrap the nappies individually though, it was just one continious bag that when it got full you pulled it down the bottom, cut it on the special cutter thing on the inside of the door and tie a kot in the bag and start over. It was handy, but i dont hink it stopped the roomfrom smelling. We live in north qld and his room would get soo hot it would be like hot smelly air, even just with wet nappies, so we just got rid of it and use nappy sacks, shopping bagas and throw them straight outside to the wheelie bin. Overall i reckon they can be good, but a bit of a waste of money too.. Hope this helps a bit!

I never knew that you were meant to flush the poo by law either. Wow.
