red dots on leg

Hi

My 15mth old has woken up with little red dots around his knee. They look like mossie bites but they dont seem to bother him at all.

Has anyone experience this??

yep my daughter had it on her thigh and they looked like bites too, there are still bumps there but the red has gone, she has had eczema before, i am not sure whether it is a little bit of that but she's not bothered by it

ah ok he has had eczema before. although the eczema looked more like a rash and these are more like bites.
what did u put on them?

i haven't put anything on them. i have some egocort cream that i have put on her eczema before. but i haven't put that on yet. they also look like bites to me. little bumps in one spot.
