Thanks for contributing the article Sopdet, I think a more interesting question is what the number of vaccines says about a health system. It's interesting that what I think of the good quality public health systems score well on the infant mortality scale. Singapore which has a very efficient universal health care system has the lowest IMR, the US which has healthcare system based primarily on private insurance has the highest IMR for example.
