Danniellabella- I brought one of those air warpas (ezi breathe cot bumpers) to stop DD from getting her arms stuck between the cot bars... I was worried that if she got her arms stuck she wouldnt be able to get them out if her face was smooshed against the wood planks... Its stopped her from hanging out through the panels so far.

Also about the rolling you can buy the positioners but for my DD (only 20 weeks) she just pushes off with her feet and scoots up past the positioner and rolls anyways. I think the only thing you can do is remove all un-neccesary items in the cot (if you have any) make sure she's tucked in well and the blankets arent TOO heavey (like a baby doona) . My worry is when DD rolls she spins round the other way so her head is where the blankets are... I wrap her up in a cot sheet so it kinds keps her arms and legs tight together and she cant use them to asist with rolling... appart from that i'm not sure thereis much you can do... My DS was a tummy sleeper from 6 months and no matter how many times i'd roll him over or wrap him he'd still end up on his tummy (just like me)
