All our bank accounts are with ANZ and I have a personal loan (which was used to purchase a car) with them too. Have always found them to be great, fees are reasonable and customer service is good overall. They have just brought out a new product- it's an online savings account (can't remember exactly what it is called) but it has no fees and the interest you earn on savings is pretty darn good- we used to have normal savings accounts (Progress Saver) with them but have just transferred all money into the Online Saver as the interest is so much better- we have roughly $400 in there at the moment, and last month earnt about $5 interest on it from memory, heaps better than the measly few cents we got with just a normal savings account!
The interest charged on my personal loan is quite reasonable too, think it's one of the lowest rates out there at the moment.
