    Transaction Limit on Debit Mastercards?

I should probably know this but I've never really had to spend a large amount of money in one transaction/day... I was just wondering if there is a transaction limit on Debit Mastercards? It is a Commonwealth Smart Access account if that makes any difference.

    Thanks.

If you're pressing CREDIT I think it's okay, but generally a savings account will have an $800 or $1000 daily limit. You could just call them up and let them know you'll be spending extra today, they can raise the limit for you.

Don't actually need it raised but could sometime in the future so good to know about, was just something on my mind haha... actually, have to cash a cheque sometime next week so I could probably just ask them about it while I'm there >.>

I have an ANZ debit visa and have a limit of $1000 if I use savings and I'm pretty sure there is no limit using the credit function as long as you have the funds to use.
