Apologies that this BA is late but for some unexplained reason my days and nights seem to have morphed into one recently.
After a late pregnancy complication (deveoped OC and OB said he was "better out than in") little Samuel James joined our family on 22 September 2 weeks early. Sam weighed in at 3.18kg and was 52cm. Life since then has been a rollercoaster of emotions, challenges and just joy at our little boy.
Mummy and Daddy are getting used to lack of sleep and Sam is already used to having his every need attended to! Breast feeding has been a challenge as he has been slow to suckle at the breast but working through with wonderful lactation consultants so hopefully we will come out smiling at the other end.
Congrats to all everyone else who has joined the wonderful club called parenthood since Sam was born.
