Brock Riley arrived Monday 23rd June 11pm after a 17 hour labour that resulted in a ventouse delivery (shoulder distocia & prolonged 2nd stage). 49cm.
He is currently in the special care nursery and it is hopeful he will be released today (Sat) or tomorrow. I am on a little visit at home as I'm going stir crazy being cooped up in hossy so long. He had an infection and jaundice which are both under control now. Just having some difficulties putting on weight. Am really hoping to get him home tonight. I was discharged from the post natal ward on Thursday to a bonding room attached to the SCN.
Well, it's back to hossy now for me. Please keep your finger crossed for us that we get to bring our little man home with us tonight.

Congrats Hun! A very much loved little surprise And I know how you feel doing the stir crazy in hospital it is unfortately a very good way for mummies to gain weight! hope you are looking after yourself hun.
