    Talking Madison Emily arrived on the 26 June!

    Madison Emily arrived a week ago! She is just delightful and so beautiful.
    She weighed in at 4,420 kgs, 57 cms long and 38 cm head. I was 39 and 2 days preggers when I gave birth! I gave birth naturally with a epidural and kiwi sucction cap as my baby was posterior and rather large! Unfortunately I am left with 4 lots of stitches. OUCH! My waters brokes at 4.00am in morning and I gave birth at 1.55pm in the afternoon.
    Thanks to the great staff at the Mater Mothers Hossie at Brisbane especially the mid wife Julie Hickey and Charlotte (Charlie) Todd.

    She's GORGEOUS! Congratulations mama! I hope you heal up nice and fast, WTG birthing her vaginally, i know a LOT of obs who would have pushed for a section in the situation you were in so KUDOS if you had to deal with that pressure, and even if you didn't, for doing such an awesome job!
