hey everyone
thanks for all the well wishes!! Anneliese (or Allie as Declan calls her) is doing extremely well. she came out of her humidicrib today, and is holding her own temp, has had her feeds upped to 20mls every 2 hours. They have established that i had an infection (haemoglophilis i think it is... ill check later) which crossed the placenta... she had the beginnings of septsis. they say 12 more hours, and the outcome could have been very different. That's whats been causing the pain for the last week at least. All the has to do now is put on weigh (currently 1550g) and learn to breastfeed. heading to birth stories to post now...
