    Bringing on Labour

I am sure there has probably been threads about this in the past but I cant seem to find any.

I know there's plenty of old wives tails re: bringing on labour but can anyone give me any idea's on what worked for them etc?

My midwife has begged that castor oil not be taken as she doesnt want to be cleaning up any other mess than baby mess - iykwim! And I know DTD is a goer, but I truly cannot get comfy enough to have to much action (My poor other half)
