Question Resources for support people and birth plan??

My DH and sister are going to be my birth partners this time round. My sister is super keen and wants to know what she should read to help me and also wants to know all about my birth plan. She doesnt have children of her own or been at a birth before.
So I need suggestions of what websites, books pamphlets I get her to read? I have just started reading Ina Mays guide to Childbirth so will pass it on to her.

I am not really sure how to do a birth plan either. I didn't have one for DD. I know I do not want to be induced this time and do not want forceps!!!

Even if you don't write out a birth plan maybe you can openly discuss with her the things you feel most strongly about and why.
Vids of actual births would be good for her, i'd suggest anything you read up on would be good for her, you can show her key points of things you do or do not agree with.

Thanks I was looking at the "business" DVD last night.
I was wondering if there are more specific things for support ppl about how to help in labour?
